I’ve been seeing Desiree for about 4 years now, and I have been fortunate enough to not have had to switch around with therapists because of how much she’s helped me and how much she genuinely cares about her clients. Desiree is great at what she does- an amazing listener, extremely experienced in her field, and great at understanding how you’re feeling exactly and how to navigate through those feelings. When I took my sessions more seriously and began seeing her every 2 weeks, I’ve seen noticeably huge changes in my myself and my life. Not only is she great at being an emotional confidant, but she also provides great support for reaching personal goals. I have dreamed of starting a podcast for as long as I can remember and she has supported and pushed me throughout my journey and it has literally changed my life and my confidence in myself. Her approach to helping each client is super personalized- the inner child work we did really helped me navigate through a lot of things I’m experiencing now. The emotional stability that I have now achieved in my life seemed impossible at one point! Not only this but my family members see her as well- my sister, and my mom and they’ve had nothing but good experiences with her (which is quite surprising because my mom used to not be a fan of therapy!).
